Thank you for shopping with Pushya, a brand owned and operated by Avowal Anthra Pvt. Ltd.

Please note: Order processing time is separate from shipping time. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We may experience delays during high order volumes or due to issues with our delivery partners. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

📦 Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping charges are applicable according to the location & delivery partner service charges for all prepaid orders across India. COD may attract a nominal service fee.

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, or Amazon Logistics.

🛵 Local Delivery (Indore ,MadhyaPradesh Only)

We offer free local delivery within Indore for orders over ₹3999. For orders below ₹3999, a delivery charge of ₹49 applies.

  • Deliveries are made in working hour's, mainly between 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Sunday.(Timings may vary, If ordered from platforms like amazon, flipkart etc.)

  • You’ll receive a text or call on the number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.

🏬 In-Store Pickup

We do not currently offer in-store pickup as we are an online-only store. Stay tuned for offline availability.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available. We are working to expand our reach soon. For bulk orders or inquiries, feel free to contact us at hello@pushya.store

⚠️ Duties & Taxes (International Orders – Coming Soon)

If and when international shipping is enabled, customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes (including VAT), or custom charges applied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Pushya is not responsible for these fees.
